DOA PERIOD:
Within 7 days, any purchases are eligible for immediate DOA replacement. Please contact
support@arenapc.com.au and a replacement will be organized within 2-3 days.
Arena PC provides a 12 month return to base warranty on our products unless it is specifically stated otherwise.
After 7 days, please ensure that products which are returned to us have the appropriate RA form attached
. This can be obtained from the warranty page or from support@arenapc.com.au.
Ensure that products are in original packaging; Arena PC cannot accept products if original packaging or
items are missing.
Please ensure that products are packaged appropriately for shipping, as we will not cover any additional
damage caused during the returns process.
Arena PC reserves the right to refuse action if product damage is deemed to be caused by negligence
or mishandling by the customer. Furthermore, products which have suffered physical tampering will be void of warranty.
